I rember him from Eureka, a show from the era when the SciFi Channel made good sci-fi shows.
The second he walked on screen I was like “. Holy shit, Henry Deacon!” Wish he wasn’t a badmiral :(
I pretty sure he blew up his office to keep Skynet from something or another.
He’s also a fantastic audiobook narrator. I was entranced by his reading of The Water Dancer
