I think they’re referring to video games. AAA games refer to games made by large companies with huge budgets: think Assassin’s Creed, GTA, Call of Duty, etc.
They’ve been pumping out some trash games for the last while

The final scene of Mirror’s Edge with that song makes me emotional every time
Yeah it’s only mildly infuriating if it’s false advertising
What does YTMND mean?
I know that the whole think is that YandereDev writes bad code, but that has to be a joke… My faint little heart might just give out if that is serious
But it says ‘DD/MM/YYYY’ just above the input field
EDIT: it’s very possible that the input field library they use uses the American date format by default and they didn’t change it…
I usually call them management games. Looking at the Steam tags for Factorio and RimWorld, they both have “Management” and Factorio additionally has “Resource Management”. But I think “Management” is your best bet.
I think RTS games don’t usually fall under management and instead are just called RTS.
In terms of my favourite ones, I love FTL: Faster Than Light. I’m picking it up again at the moment actually. I also like RinWorld, Oxygen Not Included, and Dungeon of the Endless.
I am bookmarking this post to come back to later. I’ve gotten my partner into video games and we like playing local multiplayer, specifically co-op.
Our favourites are: Overcooked and Stardew Valley (Nintendo Switch version has split screen).
Ones we enjoy are: ibb & obb, Jumpjet Rex, Shutshimi, Spiritfarer.
I know I should… I know I should! But I still don’t…
I really like Data Wing. Cool top-down 2D arcade racing game with a cool story, free with no ads. It’s obvious a heap of passion was poured into the game. Still my favourite mobile game.
EDIT: I use Android so I’m not sure it’s on the Apple Appstore but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be
It also doesn’t have an algorithm, which would make it difficult to find content you want when there are loads of creators
