I don’t think it’s literally a search and replace but a part of the prompt that is hidden from the user and inserted either before or after the user’s prompt. Something like [all humans, unless stated otherwise, should be ethnically ambiguous]. Then when generating it’s got confused and taken it as he should be named ethnically ambiguous.

I know you’ve solved the problem. I would still like to suggest using the asdf version manager. It’s a good idea to switch to it because different problems tend to crop up when installing different tooling. Usually these are unique to each tool and sometimes hard to find the right solution.

Instead, I use asdf to manage it all for me. You get the added benefit of being able to install different versions of the same tool. Sometimes a project is built using a different version to the one you have in your package manager. It’s nice to be able to use different versions locally while still having a global default.

That’s truly as lightweight as you’re going to get. Cool little script.

If you like Heimdall you could run it without Docker. It’s a PHP app, you could run nginx and it would be pretty lightweight.

This is not an answer to your question but it’s tangentially related.

Someone I greatly respected ran an open-source project with the policy of merge everything. Completely flip this idea of carefully review, debate and revise every PR. His theory was that it helps to build an open community, and if something breaks someone else will revert that commit. He says that the main branch was almost always stable, a massive improvement to how it was run previously. He passed several years ago and for some reason this reminded me of him.

I guess what I’m trying to say is if you get something out there that people find useful, the code will be looked at. It doesn’t help you if you’re looking for someone to collaborate sorry.

As long as you aren’t backing up your tokens to the cloud they’re all going to be functionally equivalent in terms of your data privacy outside of intentionally malicious apps. I mean that in the sense that no authenticator app should be sending your tokens anywhere on the internet. Use common sense when it comes to installing Google or Microsoft’s authenticator apps.

I’m not 100% sure but that probably means your ad blocker doesn’t block “acceptable ads”. It can be a setting buried somewhere, if at all. Again, I’m not familiar with exactly your adblocker and the partner.ads.js but that’s just what I would guess.

If you’re on iPhone I’ve previously had success with AdGuard and they also have a good reputation around here.

EDIT: I was completely wrong. It looks to be a YouTube thing for loading ads. If it’s blocked it could potentially break YouTube. It could only be possible to block it using something like uBlock which I assume you cannot run. You may be able to block it if you can add rules in 1Block specifically for it.

From one of your devices can you check what DNS server they are using? It sounds like the router is setting itself as the DNS server. This would mean all your devices would list your router’s IP address and the DNS server. This is a different setting than the DNS server that your router is using.

If that’s the case you tell your router to tell your devices to set the DNS server to the IP address of your AdGuard Home device. Alternatively, you can manually set the DNS server on your devices.
