I loved Bancamp because you could download CD-quality FLAC. Yeah, I can stream my music there but I want to load it up to my personal media server and just have it in the best reasonable quality possible (I know there’s better than CD quality).

Would be easier if set on its own dedicated track.
Something like… a slightly slower Hyperloop! At those speeds, the “pods” wouldn’t need to run in a pressurized tube. I’ll name it “OKLoop”.
NFTs aren’t always a scam… sometimes they are just tax fraud.
That was a data center, not a cloud. The sort of place they are moving to from the cloud.
With a cloud solution, you make sure to use services that are redundant. AWS and Azure build each region (geographical location) with **multiple **interconnected independent data centers (availability zones). High durability is one of the strong use cases for public clouds.
Not necessarily true. There were multiple PC desktop speakers with subwoofer. My old Altec Lansing kit had one.

Fordlandia for the Web 3.0. Show your corporate NFTs at the gate.
Yeah, I enjoy the gameplay and atmosphere a lot but it’s obvious this game was rushed out in a bad state.
They wasted a lot of goodwill with the initial release, I hope with changes like this they do good with the players and then they’ll have a chance to bring in new ones.
They messed up initially with Vermintide 2 and then caught up and did the same thing again with Darktide.
Hopefully they drop the silly christian-friendly metal soundtrack and give us better metal.
Turning that OST off and instead playing Behemoth’s “The Satanist” while blasting mutants was a real blast and fit the seeing better.
There was a ridiculous Canon movie franchise but this is based on an old tactical shooter franchise that is based on the real Navy unit.
I was excited to see the old franchise make a comeback with the “Blackhawk Down” opening until the “recon arrow” bit. Not sure what to think of that.
Didn’t he hire a whole bunch of testing experts and built a “lab”? Hard to see he has all that talent and equipment behind him with results like these.
How can I save time and pay to skip playing the game?
“Leaving money on the table” must be the exec’s perspective.
It’s hard to justify as it’s mostly subjective but objectively I think having music archived in a lossless format allows me to transcode to more practical lossy codecs as things evolve.
It’s kind of like in the olden times owning the CD and you could re-rip anytime and whatever format you needed/wanted.
