I love their approach to Hardware and Linux but have we collectively forgotten that Valve had a huge part in pushing loot boxes and underage gambling? Far from being the least evil company, but still a net win for consumers and I appreciate that they exist.

Dealing with pictrs is just frustrating currently since there’s no tools for its database format and no frontend for the API. I half-expected this outcome but I hope it gets better in the future.
The closest I know is AcoustID but it’s only worked with full song files when I tried it via the API and I’m not sure how well it would work with a bad microphone recording.
I think it’s time for a refactor of my legacy code that deals with infinite timezones. :/
