Never tried anything line that before but I feel like you’d be better off setting up VNC for it and connecting something lightweight to your TV and just interacting with the VM via VNC

Reddit Execs hate this one trick.
Modern frameworks make responsive design easier but yes it is still a lot to wrap your head around. I remember building my hs robotics team website in high school right as responsive design was becoming a thing. “WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO NEST A CONTAINER IN A CONTAINER I ALREADY HAVE ONE!!!”
Bless those who came up with flexbox
Yep, the two I used to replace it are one, fstop which us my go to, you used to be able to get the pro version for free on fdroid, not sure if you still can. Two, simple gallery, that one I think it has a pro but I can’t remember but if it does, you can get it on fdroid.
I like fstop overall more, but simple gallery has most of the same features with imo a slightly worse ui, but it has webp support which is nice.
Don’t get me started man, currently organizing a 6+ year old spaghetti code Javascript app. It was running a version of node below 1
This app had git versioning and I am seeing shit like “filenameNew” “filenameOld” there’s also multiple old versions of the app that were just chilling in nested upon nested folders of themselves.
I switched from bitwarden to 1password because the password autofill was less intelligent.
What’s your issue with 1password?
I’m a big fan of the T shaped one lol
Fair argument I suppose.
Yes, that is what I said it does, perhaps you misread?
Js is what you make of it. It can be a godawful mess but it also can be really awesome. It’s a really easy language to understand, that is a good thing. But it’s also a double edged sword because that means that novices can write absolute spaghetti code in it. That’s not the fault of the language though.
Yes, but I just hope their meddling doesn’t fuck activitypub and somehow cause the protocol to go completey defunct
This is the reason I was super hyped by the synergy of the fediverse, all the support and use of activity pub. And god I hope Facebook doesn’t ruin it. This community has grown so rapidly and organically, I just wanna see it continue to thrive.
Their azure documentation is mostly surface level. They make all those docs like they’re talking to a user not a dev. They’re limited AF when you’re actually trying to deploy an app via a ci/cd pipeline
Microsoft365 docks have several articles that are fully depreciated and there is no disclaimer at the top about switching to new security standards or anything like that.
That’s just off the top of my head, but there have been plenty more I’ve had the displeasure of using
Right but Microsoft isn’t most companies, it’s a SOFTWARE company. A multibillion dollar one at that. Compared to other even multimillion dollar companies, their docs are fucking atrocious
Or deprecated documentation that has no indicator whatsoever that it’s out of date
Microsoft code docs are the literal worst
man, you are right, I’ve gone down some deep, stupid, rabbit holes trying to code while sleep deprived
Good ol’ Bobby Tables
