The problem is that the physical keyboard takes permanent real estate whereas the software keyboard can come and go, to allow for full screen applications.
I do miss innovative phones like the sidekick, LG chocolate, and other slider ones.

I found that my ssn was leaked because I got multiple attempts to take put credit loans. Incidentally, my middle initial is not I, but l. Joke’s on them. Every time I see the incorrect middle initial, it’s an easy way to tell.
Needless to say, my stuff has been locked for years and only unlocked when I need to take out a loan or open a new account which is extremely rare.

There are arguments for both. At the end, the phone will make calls and text out. The rest is up to user interface and permissions. I just prefer the permissions of an android vs the restrictions of ios
Androids are as secure as the user allows IMO.

I got an email that was spam/marketing for one of my accounts. This is a copy paste:
This notification email has been sent to you as part of your REDACTED benefits. You will continue to receive these benefit notification emails even if you have requested not to receive commercial emails for this account.
Needless to say, I simply called and cancelled my account. When asked why, I told them that I don’t want spam emails from them for marketing or for “benefits”.
