Name and shame. This is such bullshit. I’m sure it’s some to protect brand value, but IMO you earn more value through kindness and generosity.
Been using Onn boxes for years and absolutely love them. They are about as pure android TV as you can get. I would definitely recommend the 50$ pro version over the 20$ original though.
I fell in love with Star Trek through TNG and reruns of the original series. I remember watching reruns of both for hours on end. DS9 and Voyager were great as well. What kept me interested and engaged was the network accessibility. I haven’t watched any of the series since Voyager because they weren’t available without a subscription.

We absolutely should have more specialized LLMs. That being said we have dozens of tools that convert documents and data. Also any engineer worth a nickel should be able to whip something up in an hour or so for most cases.
This is a tale as old as time. We did this in the late 90s at an office supply store. Every Sunday night changing price tags “ooh guess there will be a sale on resume paper in the next few weeks”. 1-4 weeks out we would increase prices on some items just to lower them back when the ad came out.

I think this is also an archaic model from before smart phones and the early days of smart phones. In the early days of apps, most attempted to limit data usage because most network providers charged a premium for data and the networks were much slower and smaller.
While you could tether in these early days, even before smart phones, the computer was capable of much higher data usage than the phone. These limits were put in place to protect a network that wasn’t really built for this level of load.
Old rules with good purpose turned into a way to charge more money.
Every time the ATT sales people bug me at stores I tell them what I’m paying and that I get unlimited hotspot and they usually say “oh, you’re good.”
Add to this that Fi actually allows you to add data only SIMS at no cost.

I disagree. The joke is meh without the names. If they did the same thing but with 2 made up people or cartoon characters it would fall flat. This format is disingenuous and doesn’t hold up without making it seem like celebrities said it.
