I will pirate anything from them that looks even remotely interesting. But I’ve never given them a cent and I sure as hell never will.

I was thinking something similar, but AMD being a company, this is likely just cheaper and easier.
I’m guessing a sticker is easier and cheaper than printing a special box.
Your bulleted list is working on Thunder at least.
The PSP and PS3 are the only PS consoles I haven’t owned. But after the 5 I’m done. There is absolutely no point in buying another console from them after the disappointment the 5 has been. It’s a really nice console and I love the controller but the games just haven’t made it worth it for me. I’ll stick to PC gaming and emulation from now on.
It’s the instances as well as the fact that there’s no algorithm. You have to make your own feed. This means most people leave because there’s nothing keeping them engaged like other social media.
I think I saw some new faces on Mastodon as well.
If both OSs are on their own drive, Windows causes slightly less trouble with Linux. Plus, you can just repurpose the second drive if Linux doesn’t work out. No repartitioning your Windows drive again.
Pi-hole was really simple to set up. It was absolutely worth it and I’ve got it running on an old netbook. Very easy on resources.
Syncthing is also nice if you have files that you want easily shared between devices. I use it for sharing work files that I want synced between multiple devices. When I edit something it gets shared to all of my devices and it’s always up to date everywhere.
I’m pratty sure old.reddit.com lets you bypass this.
Thanks for the reply.
Always interesting to hear about different ways of doing things.
Curious how you go about life without bank accounts and cards. Cash only? Or some other setup? Also curious about why you chose to do so.
If you don’t mind sharing, of course.
As an aside, I’m using Mull on Android with uBlock Origin on medium mode and I got no ads or pop-ups of any kind while reading the article.
Firefox’s reader mode can also be very useful for this in some cases.
Hopefully, this is something that can help you or someone else since I get to skip most of the ads and annoyances that I see people complain about on articles like this.
Sure, that wouldn’t be a bad thing to try. Probably a lot of interesting ways to go about it. Good luck getting a company to try something cool, though.
I’d love to get a physical keyboard again. I’d happily give up some screen size for it too. Phones have gotten much too big.
A smaller screen would limit the phone, though. Would probably become a phone calls and texting only device since most apps wouldn’t know what to do with the small screen and weird aspect ratio.
They’ve been easier to find from what I’ve read recently.
Try rpilocator.
This is actually a solid suggestion. If no one else wants to help, these guys just might be able to.
This rant has been posted before. I’ve seen it multiple times and I’m pretty sure they’ve posted on the piracy communities as well. They seem adamant on getting these files.
Edit: I just checked and it seems this is either a different user or an alternate account, because those previous posts aren’t on this profile.
I’ve got a GameSir USB-C phone controller which I’m quite happy with. I’ve only checked out some video reviews of their other controllers and they seemed good and line up with my experience as well.
Just wanted to add this for anyone that might be curious about them.
I’ve been using Startpage for a few years. Uses Google and Bing as sources I think, but it’s been usable for my simple use cases.
