Is it, “Shal’kek nem’ron” or is it “Shel kek nem ron”?
Also, has anyone found this phrase in the Goa’uld script? I’d love to get it as a tattoo!

As far as I can tell, out-of-universe, the spelling “Shel kek nem ron” was used in the scripts so the actors could pronounce the phrase easier, but in-universe the spelling is “Shal’kek nem’ron”.
