I’ve found that most seem to prefer the first game they beat. For me, that’s Pokemon Sword, and I do have a fondness for it. Since then I’ve been playing some older generation games. Shining Pearl was good and had some cute lolis. However, Pokemon X might be rising to the top for me. Shauna is adorable and the cutscenes and battles with her have been quite moving.
i haven’t played the main games since pokemon black and white, but i do play competitive so generation 7 and 9 have definitely been my favorites in terms of the game. Sun and moon has the dream team of lolis so I have to go with generation 7.
